The Réseau de transport collectif régional de la MRC de L'Assomption provides public transportation for the population of L'Assomption, L'Éphiphanie, Charlemagne, Repentigny and Saint-Sulpice.
History
The Réseau de transport collectif régional de la MRC de L'Assomption was previously operated as a city service under the name Autobus municipal de Repentigny which was contracted to Lanau-Bus Inc. In 2005, the service was nested under the CRT Lanaudière and renamed to MRC L'Assomption but still retaining Lanau-Bus as a contractor.
In 2007, the MRC L'Assomption was renamed to it's present name. Over the years, Lanau-Bus Inc was sold to Groupe Gaudrault, which were later bought by Groupe Orleans. In 2011, Groupe Orleans was sold to Keolis Canada.
