Chittenden County Transportation Authority (CCTA), Vermont's firat and only public transit authority, manages and operates public transportation services in the Burlington, VT metro area. CCTA serves the communities of Burlington, Essex, South Burlington, Winooski, Shelburne, Williston and Milton as well as part of the city of Colchester. CCTA also operates express commuter bus service between the cities of Burlington and St-Albans, Montpellier and Middlebury.
