	BLUS - Chambly-Richelieu-Carignan was formed in December of 1984, along with various other CIT Systems in order to have a focused local service. In 1993, they started providing service to the town of Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Québec and in 1994 service commenced in the town of Marieville, Québec.
